Your satisfaction is very important to us. Let's make this simple. If you aren't happy, we're not happy. If this product don't meet or exceed your expectations within the first 30 days of receipt, contact us and we will do everything that we can make it right.

In the unfortunate event that the item is lost or arrives damaged, we'll issue a free priority reshipment or a refund. No questions asked. You trusted us enough to make a purchase. It is the least we can do at Planet of Rock.

Cancellations

Due to our commitment to prompt shipping, the window for cancellations is very short! Processing often begins within minutes after the order is placed. Please contact us immediately in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if the shipping label (postage) has not yet been printed and/or the order has not been shipped.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.

Returns and Warranty

All of Planet of Rock items are protected by a 30 day warranty. If your item is defective and within warranty, we'll offer a priority reshipment free of charge. If parts are needed, we will promptly ship replacement parts free of charge. A copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be included. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. We'll also provide store credits for Planet of Rock items if necessary.

Damage Policy

All of the items pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the item has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item,please contact us and we'll replace your item for free or provide a store credit for Planet of Rock items.

Returned Products

We only accept returned products on a case by case basis due to the digital nature of our items. Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items If any products are returned back to us and not found defective they are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Legal Notice:

Planet of Rock material is copyrighted & licensed under international applicable law. The item does NOT include any original recording in part or whole, artwork, lyrics or labels by the respective artistes due to copyright issues. We do NOT intend to provide a precise actual song of the artist as these are merely backing tracks without any lead guitar or vocals. All artistes' names and images are used solely to aid in the identification of the tracks. The artists are in no way associated with us.

You are entitled to create only up to three backup copies for personal use. You are purchasing the right to use the product and not the product itself. As such, re-distribution, re-selling or duplication is strictly prohibited. By purchasing the item, you will have said to agreed to comply with the above forementioned.
